Quality review

Quality review starts with the approved standard.

Inspection scope, tolerances and AQL are agreed project by project. Third-party inspection or testing is referenced only when requested, completed and supported by records.

Six review checkpoints

Each checkpoint asks what was approved, what was observed, what evidence exists and who closes the issue.

  1. 01

    Material identity

Fabric, composition, weight, stretch, color and approved wash direction.

  2. 02

    Measurement

Point-of-measure method, tolerance and size-specific review.

  3. 03

    Construction

Seams, stitch density, reinforcement, closure, trims and workmanship.

  4. 04

    Wash and shade

Appearance, handfeel, shade range and approved comparison standard.

  5. 05

    Issue closure

Defect description, corrective action, owner, due date and recheck.

  6. 06

    Final scope

Inspection level, AQL if applicable, packing, documents and release authority.

Factory evidence

Factory photography is retained as a separate proof layer.

Public factory images will be added only after their source, date, operational relevance and public-use permission are verified. Buyer labels, measurements and commercial records must not be visible.
